The creative fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe.

The delivered service significantly deviates from the agreed-upon project scope.

Clients must submit a refund request within 7 days of project completion.

Refund requests must be sent to info@brdge.global and include the project details, reasons for the request, and any relevant supporting documentation.
3. Evaluation and Decision:

BRDGE will review the refund request and assess its validity.

We may request additional information or clarification from both the client and the creative.

BRDGE will make a decision on the refund within 14 days of receiving the request.
4. Refund Disbursement:

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the decision.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
5. Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be issued if:

The client changes the project scope after it has been agreed upon.

The client is dissatisfied with the creative's artistic judgment as long as the service delivered aligns with the initial project scope.

The client's project requirements change after the service has been delivered.
6. Dispute Resolution:

If there is a dispute regarding a refund decision, both parties will be encouraged to seek an amicable resolution. BRDGE may mediate if necessary.
7. Policy Changes:

BRDGE reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
